Job description

Mazak Corporation is looking for a Powder Coat Painter to join the Fabrication team. The Powder Coat Painter will hang, coat, and store metal parts on an automated powder coat paint line. Scope and Responsibilities: Education/Certification: Skills: EEO, Including disability/vets - Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees - Hang metal parts on the automated conveyor line - Coat the light areas on the parts that the automatic guns miss - Remove and store coated parts on designated carts for delivery to assembly department - Participate in cleaning system between color changes with other associates - Hours in department are 5 am.- 3:30 pm. Monday through Friday - Some Saturday overtime is possible each month based on schedule needs - High school diploma or equivalent required - Attention to detail - Ability to lift parts up to 30-40 pounds onto hooks on conveyor line
