POSITION SUMMARY: The primary duties of this position are to assist the Chief Financial Officer, Division Directors and Program Managers on state budgetary matters, including the preparation of the Division budgets, strategic project budgets, monitoring and auditing of expenditures and the development of a model to forecast revenues and project year-end fund balances.
