Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for an Academic Hospitalist to join our multi-specialty group. Position Details: - Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital. - Day Shift Hospitalist with Academic opportunity. - Board-Certified in Internal Medicine (required) - Will work with Internal Medicine residents Responsible for rounding with residents and serving as core faculty for Internal Medicine Residency Program. - Preferably okay doing procedures. - Must be also okay covering some shifts as Primary Care. (preferred) - Open ICU. - Traditional Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) + 1 weekend a month. - The position is in Victorville, CA around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA. - Base salary starts at $275,000.00/year. - Semi-annual production bonus in addition to base salary. - Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement for Full-Time. - Open to J-1 Visa waiver sponsorship (Primary Care shifts required) - Part-Time or Full-Time Nocturnist position (7ON 7OFF) also available.
