Position Summary The Senior Business Analyst has a primary responsibility for analyzing, documenting, and improving selected operational business processes supported by technology. The role focuses on business workflows, financial data, reporting, business systems integrations to ensure smooth and well-running operations, regulatory compliance, and data‑driven decision‑making. This position leads complex initiatives involving financial systems, business process transformation, analytics, and PMO governance, while supporting intake, prioritization, and value realization. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Business Process & Workflow Analysis: Lead current‑state and future‑state process mapping across administrative functions. Translate complex business and financial workflows into clearly written functional and technical requirements. Build standardized processes, data flows, and system handoffs.
