Monitor daily and weekly production schedules based on customer releases. 2. Meet and maintain finished & W.I.P. inventories to established levels 3. Ensure that finished goods are available to support 100% on time shipments to customers. 4. Ensure accurate and timely production reporting as quantity produced, Scrap quantity and its causes as well as downtime and its root causes. 5. Ensure production reporting and inventory accuracy using cycle counts. 6. Work with PE’ s to implement and maintain a pull/kanban system (TPS) on all work cells. 7.
