Description Position Summary: The Fundraising Manager advances Santa Marta’s mission as a Catholic community by leading strategic philanthropic development efforts and fostering meaningful engagement opportunities. This role builds strong connections among residents, associates, families, and the wider community by cultivating donor relationships, securing charitable support, and driving fundraising initiatives that sustain Santa Marta’s vision and services. In alignment with Catholic values of service, dignity, and stewardship, the Fundraising Manager also partners across the organization to support mission-centered activities and community engagement that enrich the lives of those we serve.
