Responsibilities: - Complete all required safety training and ensure adherence to safety protocols. - Conduct safety audits and walkthroughs to maintain a safe work environment. - Support and promote established safety and quality processes. - Monitor and manage queue time alerts; coordinate lot ordering activities. - Ensure accurate task updates and effective shift pass-downs. - Cover additional workstations and tasks during staffing shortages or as directed. - Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot systems including GeRM, Sigma, SPC, and traveler systems. - Apply SPC, FDC, and 8D methodologies to identify and resolve process issues. - Analyze data to support critical process decisions and optimize wafer processing. - Participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiatives. - Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions through training, documentation, or process enhancements. -...
