Europe PMC is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Outreach and Engagement Officer to join the Literature Services team at EMBL-EBI. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in connecting the global research community with one of the world’s leading open science resources. Europe PMC provides free and open access to more than 47 million research outputs, including abstracts, full text articles, and preprints. Enriched with links to datasets, reviews and persistent identifiers - and supported by 35 international funders - it is a vital platform for advancing open science and accelerating discovery worldwide. As the way researchers discover and interact with scientific literature is rapidly changing, particularly with the rise of AI tools, programmatic access, and text mining, this role will be instrumental in ensuring Europe PMC remains visible, relevant, and impactful.
