What will you contribute?: As the Director of Financial Reporting, you will build, lead, and evolve the IFRS/US GAAP and Statutory financial reporting processes, including quarterly lender packages and annual audited financial statements. Responsibilities & Deliverables: Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following: Financial reporting (IFRS/US GAAP, Stat, lender reporting): Manage the end-to-end corporate consolidation calendar (monthly, quarterly, annual) ensuring timely, accurate financial statements. Manage the preparation and review of annual audited financial statements, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and internal policy.
