Description Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of adolescents ages 8–21 with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Behavioral/Mental Health (BH/MH) diagnoses? Every day as a Residential Support Specialist you will… Ensure safety: Supervise and maintain the well-being of the individuals in your care at all times. Engage and connect: Participate in daily ADLs , recreational , and social activities to encourage growth, confidence, and independence. Coach and redirect: Address and appropriately redirect inappropriate behaviors , reinforcing positive actions through supportive communication. Support progress: Implement individualized treatment plan goals and objectives , working collaboratively with the clinical team to support each person’s development You will be offered: Available Shifts: 7am-3pm | 2pm-10pm | 10pm-8am Schedule: One Scheduled Day Off During The Week + One scheduled Weekend Day| Weekends | PRN: On Call/As...
