As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a critical part of the community's success, ensuring high-quality living conditions and a welcoming atmosphere for residents. Your primary responsibilities include completing apartment make-readies, performing general maintenance, pool care, and responding to service requests. Key Responsibilities: Apartment Turnovers & Make-Readies: - Prepare apartments for new residents by conducting repairs, painting, and ensuring each unit meets high standards before move-in. - Inspect and troubleshoot issues such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, repairing as needed.
