Job Details Description: Come join our team as a Prefab Associate! The Prefab Associate is critical to completing the pre-fabrication of materials as required to R.T. Moore quality standards as assigned by the pre-fabrication supervisor. RESPONSIBILITIES: Thoroughly complete the pre-fabrication of tub and tub shower valves in a manner consistent with RTMC standards ensuring all connections are leak free and valve is operational Accurately complete testing and tagging of temporary sump pumps per prescribed methods; keep sump pumps organized and stored in designated location Precisely measure, cut and thread black pipe to field crew’s specifications Systematically ensure requisition of materials: Steadily complete prefabrication of other components as required QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or GED is required No prior experience necessary, warehouse and forklift experience a plus Proactive drive for accomplishing tasks successfully in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills necessary: Clear, effective communications skills – both written and verbal Aptitude for prioritizing, planning, and problem-solving Preference for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization Mus...
