This position performs nonprofessional direct and indirect patient care activities including personal, physical and comfort needs of patients, under the supervision of a registered professional nurse. This position will provide high-quality patient care in coordination with licensed medical staff. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date. 3. Completion of WVUM Patient Care Technician program OR Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification issued by state where services are provided: OH – Nurse A ide through Ohio N urses Aide Registry WV – Nurse Aide through WV DHHR Certified Nursing Assistant EXPERIENCE: 1.
