To ensure that we can deliver extended services to our partners, our team is made up of the best people from across the UK, India and Philippines. As an Admissions Officer, you will undertake day-to-day operational admission processing of applications and decision making (or other admissions activities) in accordance with the partner’s requirements, processes and system, ensuring that you uphold compliance and deliver to expected quality standards in line with SLAs. You will ensure that you deliver an excellent applicant experience at every touch point, each and every time, to support our partners with their enrolment targets. Working efficiently and flexibly to ensure that we respond to our partners’ and the sector’s changing needs will be integral to achieving success in this role.
