Job DetailsJob Location: Rockville MD - Rockville, MD 20855Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 Base+Commission/yearJob Category: ConstructionJOB SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for estimating large and/or complex construction jobs, negotiating job scopes, and ratifying contract amounts. It is expected that this person builds and maintains relationships with clients. This is a full-time position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties will include, but are not limited to: Create the written estimate for work in the carrier-preferred estimating software, such as Xactimate or CoreLogic Mobile Claims; or Jenkins preferred estimating method if the job is not insurance related Interface with clients and insurance representatives throughout the estimating phase Handle full negotiation of project through to estimate approval by insurance carrier or client Schedule and execute regular onsite meetings with client and Project Manager Prepare construction contract and coordinate contract ratification Assist Project Management team in producing change orders and supplements All other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:...
