Job Summary: Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members. Responsible for all results from day to day operations. To ensure the guests are all treated with the highest regard and leave after having the most pleasant experience by a fully trained team member. The Assistant Manager will lead a team to promote coffee consumption by educating the guests; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies as well as promotional items. Duties/Responsibilities: - Yes. Will supervise Baristas and Supervisors. - Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
