Requirements: Position Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and coordinates all maintenance activities within the plant. This position is responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, minimizing downtime, optimizing equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: · Lead, mentor, and supervise maintenance technicians. · Assign daily tasks, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations. · Promote a strong safety culture and accountability within the team.
