Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in New York City, Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia and Westchester. Sun River Health is seeking a Full-Time MAT Program Manager to join its busy team at our Peekskill and Beacon sites. Position Summary: The MAT Program Manager is part of a multidisciplinary team within Sun River Health. The role serves as a liaison to community resources, supports the MAT teams, and assists with MAT program operations. Coordinates Naloxone training for staff and the community. Coordinates with MAT teams and Informatics to ensure appropriate data is captured in eCW for grants and quality reporting. Attends MAT case conferences and other team meetings as appropriate.
