EHS Site Lead

Job description

As the Site Lead for EHS you will own and drive the strategy for Environmental, Health and Safety compliance and Security operations (EHS). You will direct the implementation and evolution of the IOPS EHS Management Systems to ensure that EHS is central to the overall operations on the Raheen campus. In this role a typical day might include the following: Providing leadership and developing EHS objectives to deliver improvements, foster cooperation and develop a strong EHS culture across all functions and at all levels of the organization Collaborating with Site Management to identify improvements in the EHS System’s overall effectiveness, adequacy and suitability to meet ongoing risks and changes Maintaining metrics to measure performance against EHS objectives and make necessary changes to improve performance Guiding, developing and supporting the EHS Team through coaching and supervision Participating in all Health and Safety audits and inspections and coordinating responses with the appropriate agencies or groups Proactively seeking out opportunities to learn best practices from other organisations and apply these learnings to the Regeneron setting This role may be for you if y...
