As a Supply Chain Resilience Lead, you will lead high-priority, high-visibility strategic initiatives designed to protect Ford’s production from global supply chain vulnerabilities. You will be responsible for identifying risks related to geopolitical exposure, supplier concentration, and financial distress, and then developing and executing comprehensive mitigation plans. This role acts as a critical bridge between Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, and Manufacturing to ensure the long-term stability of Ford’s most profitable vehicle programs. This role is about 3 things: Learning, Strategizing, Delivering.
