Autism Support Broker Job Type: Full-Time (40 Hours): Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm - Hours are subjective to family ability for scheduling Location: Northeast/ Central Region of Massachusetts when traveling Office Location: Danvers: Pay Rate: $25.50-$27.50: Job Summary: Autism Support Broker provides a combination of services to families of individuals with autism. Works closely with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Autism Waiver Program, provider agencies, and families served. Major Responsibilities: - Plans, collaborates, and troubleshoots with parents and caregivers around autism waiver services and supports. - Assists families in setting up and accessing services available through the Autism Waiver Program. - Facilitates development of Person-Centered Autism Support Plan, including maintaining documentation in Meditech. - Assists families in identifying potential providers by using web-based provider lists or identifying individuals within personal support systems. - Assists families in working with Public Partnerships (PPL) to recruit, screen, hire, train, schedule, monitor, and pay support staff. - On a monthly basis, meets in person with families receiving...
