As a Fabrication Team Lead on the 2nd shift , you will ensure smooth production flow in our Cooling Fabrication department. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a dedicated team and advance world-class manufacturing processes. - Provide day-to-day operational support, mentoring, and on-the-job training to team members. - Partner with the Production Supervisor and support teams to resolve issues and meet department goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. - Maintain production flow by filling in on the line as needed during PTO, breaks, and absences. - Enforce company, department, and safety policies with strict adherence. - Coordinate and complete employee training to ensure standard work and quality compliance. - Operate equipment within the assigned area, including CRTs and forklifts. - Lead and engage in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement efforts to uncover waste and promote 5S and Lean methods. - Engage, recognize, and motivate...
