Job Description Summary: About the Role The Logistics Project and Process Improvements Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting projects that enhance logistics operations, improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and increase service levels across the supply chain. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams and distribution centers to analyze current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions using project management and continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support logistics-related projects focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and service improvement - Use data analytics to track performance, quantify benefits, and support decision-making - Analyze current-state logistics processes including inbound materials, outbound finished goods, warehousing, and transportation - Identify inefficiencies and root causes using data analysis, value stream mapping, and process reviews - Design and implement process improvements that support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives - Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions - Lea...
