Description About the Role: The Clinic Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for patients and visitors. This position ensures smooth patient flow by managing scheduling, registration, and payment collection while providing exceptional customer service. How You’ll Make an Impact: Customer Service: - Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally. - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about clinic services. - Assist patients with check-in procedures and direct them to appropriate areas. Billing Procedures & Accounts Receivables: - Collect co-pays and patient payments at time of service. - Accurately post payments and provide receipts. - Ensure accurate entry of demographic information and financial information into the EHR. - Verify insurance eligibility and update coverage information as needed.
