Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of experience in engineering leadership, managing technical projects. - Experience with cloud infrastructure, storage systems, or large-scale distributed systems. - Experience working across organizational boundaries, cross-functionally, and across product areas. - Experience as a consumer leader in a changing environment. - Experience leading large-scale engineering organizations. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in AI/ML integration within productivity or collaboration tools, and building cross-platform applications and local-to-cloud synchronization technologies. - Deep understanding of the commercial storage market and competitive landscape. - Understanding of the complex relationship between the organization and its environment, with ability to identify connections, adopt different perspectives, and quickly respond to changing circumstances. - Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal. - Ability to mentor and retain excellent engineerin...
