Job Description: The candidate will play a key role in handling incidents, service requests, and application support activities , working in shifts and participating in on‑call rotations. This role also involves contributing to service improvement initiatives and supporting the Disaster Recovery (DR) and live production activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core banking operations , solid troubleshooting capabilities, and previous experience providing L1/L2 application support in a banking environment .
