Role Overview GMI Cloud is building next-generation AI and GPU cloud infrastructure to support fast-scaling AI companies, research labs, and enterprise customers. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a critical customer-facing role, working at the intersection of customers, infrastructure, and operations to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and long-term account success. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers. - Build trusted relationships with customer engineering and operations teams. - Coordinate with internal infrastructure, data center operations, and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery. - Support customer onboarding, deployment, and scaling of AI/GPU workloads. - Identify performance, utilization, and cost-optimization opportunities. - Conduct regular operational and technical reviews with customers. - Advocate for customer needs internally and drive issue resolution.
