Join our Talent Management team and play a pivotal role in building our Madrid office. The role In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment journey, managing every step from the first conversation to onboarding new colleagues into our culture. You won’t simply fill roles; you’ll build the company by understanding what the business needs next and making it happen. Your responsibilities will span across recruitment, networking, sourcing, interviewing, relationship building, employer branding, talent management, and onboarding. You’ll work closely with consultants, leadership, and the Global Talent Team to drive Netlight’s long-term, sustainable growth.
