Service Designer Permanent: Grade C - £35,412 - £44,075 per annum Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week: Hybrid: About the Role: We are looking for a Service Designer to join the Product function at Birmingham City Council, helping to design and improve services that make a real difference for residents, businesses and colleagues across the city. In this role, you will contribute to the design of services, processes and experiences that span people, systems and technology. You will work as part of multidisciplinary teams, supporting the delivery of user‑centred, accessible and inclusive public services.
