Job description

Overview The Shop Mechanic III is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing light-duty trucks and related equipment in a shop environment. This role supports safe and efficient operations by ensuring all vehicles are in proper working condition. The position follows a standard Monday–Friday schedule and may be based in Midland or Pecos. Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on light-duty trucks and equipment - Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs in a timely manner - Conduct routine inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards - Utilize shop tools and equipment safely and effectively - Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and repairs completed - Operate company-provided vehicles as needed for work-related tasks - Adhere to all safety, environmental, and health (EHS) requirements - Ensure proper use and maintenance of required personal protective equipment (PPE) - Support general shop operations and assist with additional mechanical tasks as needed Qualifications: - Experience as a light-duty truck mechanic required - ASE certification preferred but not required - Valid driver’s license requ...
