Summary of Responsibilities Travel Specialist Pay Rate: $18-$22 per hour: Scheduling: Hybrid in Fishers, IN: Position Overview: At Stratosphere Quality , we rely on seamless travel coordination to support our teams across the country. The Travel Coordinator plays a key role in organizing and managing travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effective solutions while delivering a smooth and positive experience for our employees in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Research and compare travel options to secure the most cost-effective rates - Coordinate and book travel arrangements using platforms such as Deem and Adelman - Partner with travelers to build clear, accurate itineraries - Process travel-related expenses, including billable travel and per diem reporting - Ensure compliance with company quality standards and ISO procedures - Complete required training and stay current on company processes - Provide support on additional tasks and projects as needed What We’re Looking For: Internal Candidates: Must be in good standing with satisfactory job performance - Associate degree in Travel, Tourism, Project Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience) - Strong org...
