Outreach Case Worker (Justice) Salary: £28,755: Location: Durham, Middlesborough and Darlington and surrounding areas Contract: Permanent full time. We’re looking for a dedicated Case Worker to join our team - someone with a rare mix of compassion, resilience, organisation and flexibility. This is for the person who understands that rehabilitation isn't just about offering advice; it’s about rolling up your sleeves and pro-actively supporting someone on their journey About the Role: In this outreach role you will work from various settings across the region. This will include probation offices, approved premises or various community settings. You will be providing one-to-one support to a caseload of participants as they reintegrate into society. As a key member of a dedicated team, you’ll help individuals overcome barriers, build confidence, work towards training or employment and make meaningful steps toward rehabilitation.
