We are seeking a hunter‑focused IT Sales Representative to generate net‑new revenue across Managed IT, Cybersecurity, and Cloud services. This role is responsible for building recurring monthly revenue (MRR) by proactively identifying, developing, and closing new business within the SMB and mid‑market segments. The ideal candidate is a disciplined prospector who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is skilled at selling complex, outcomes‑based technology services. *This position would be targeting business within Kentucky & Indiana territory ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - New Logo Acquisition - Prospect and acquire net-new customers weekly - Own outbound activity: calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person - Book and run first meetings with decision-makers (CFO, CEO, IT leaders) - MRR Growth - Sell Managed IT, Cybersecurity, and Cloud services with a recurring revenue model - Build and maintain a healthy, multi-quarter MRR pipeline - Close monthly recurring contracts and expand over time - Pipeline & Process - Maintain 4x pipeline coverage - Use Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) on qualified deals - Use CRM tools to accurately track activity, progress, and forecasting.
