JOB SUMMARY: The QMHP provides ongoing support, group facilitation, and therapeutic interventions throughout the patient’s course of treatment in the Intensive and Partial Hospital Outpatient Programs. The QMHP is vital to the development and implementation of group skills training, supportive patient interventions as defined in treatment team, patient safety plans, discharge planning, and other programmatic needs that support the success of the patient. The QMHP provides documentation of patient services in the Electronic Medical Record and participates in the ongoing utilization review process acquiring patient authorizations. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: This role description is a general description of the essential job functions.
