Commercial Coordinator Location: Leamington, Ontario: Status: Full-Time | Exempt Enza Zaden Canada About the Role: We are looking for a detail‑driven Commercial Coordinator to support our commercial operations in Canada. In this position, you will act as the central link between our Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and external customers, ensuring smooth order flow, accurate demand planning, and precise inventory alignment. Key Responsibilities: Order Flow & Customer Coordination: - Serve as the main liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and customers. - Prepare customer documentation including order forms, disclaimers, and country‑specific requirements. - Support the sales cycle by resolving pre‑order and in‑process operational issues. SKU Enrichment & Forecast Support: - Manage SKU enrichment as part of the demand planning cycle. - Ensure accurate SKU and assortment information in collaboration with the Demand Planner.
