The 7-Eleven Customer Experience Centre (CXC) is a mid-sized operation comprising of two teams. The Customer Care Team supporting 7-Eleven and Starbucks consumers (operating 8am to 6pm 7 days per week) and the Store Support Team supporting Franchisees, Store Managers and Support Office in Australia (operating 24/7). We are looking for some casual day customer service consultants on a part time basis, roughly between 10-20 hours per week . This would suit someone who is looking for a couple of shifts per week, weekend shifts days/nights and also public holidays (where public holiday rates will apply)!
