We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and hands-on Director of Engineering to lead all engineering and facility operations for a luxury, dual-branded Marriott property located on the Country Club Plaza. This role requires a proven leader from a full-service hotel environment who brings both technical expertise and operational sophistication. The Director of Engineering will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of facility performance, safety, reliability, and guest comfort, while driving preventive maintenance excellence, capital planning, and cost control.
