As a University Recruiter (Contract), you will be an integral part of the early career hiring process. You will focus on supporting Engineering hiring teams & leaders through the intern program, full cycle recruiting, and recruiting events & programs. The impact you will have: - Advise and partner with managers and directors in our Engineering organization - Full-cycle recruiting from source to close for technical intern and new grad candidates - Partner with UR Team to assist with team matching and allocation - Plan & host university recruiting events - Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity What we look for: This is an hourly contract role intended for June-December, though we retain the right to shorten or extend the contract at any time. - Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders as a talent advisor - A track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early in career technical candidates while providing top-tier candidate experience - A focus on efficient and effective recruiting processes that support a diverse ca...
