Job Description Overview: The Commercial & Contracts Department is looking for a Contracts Advisor who will support the Contracts Manager in the contract administration and related subcontracts and related contract change management process of a Project from award throughout the implementation and closeout. The Contracts Advisor supporting the Contracts Manager of the Project will work pro-actively and following process and procedures to minimize Project liabilities and commercial risks to the Company. The Contracts Advisor will report administratively to the Contracts Manager of the Project, and functionally to the Director, Contracts & Commercial. Your role: - Support the Contracts Manager in the formulation, negotiation, review and execution of contracts, subcontracts and change orders, including commercial claims and other legal/insurance/bank guarantees actions. - As assigned, monitor the performance of project partners and subcontractors in the discharge of contractual obligations and advise the project management of potential problems and opportunities. - Identify and analyze potential commercial risks and liabilities associated with the Project. - Actively support implement...
