Position Description: The Industrial Hygienist is responsible for industrial hygiene programs across active nuclear and construction job sites to ensure compliance with OSHA, NRC, DOE, and other applicable federal and state regulations. This role also supports broader Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of site-wide safety programs, risk assessments, and compliance strategies. The position includes developing and delivering training programs to educate employees and contractors on industrial hygiene practices, hazard recognition, and EHS requirements. The role involves building scalable health and safety infrastructure as operations expand across multiple sites, with a focus on program development, data analysis, cross-functional coordination, training, and supporting overall EHS performance and culture.
