The Regional Human Resources manager provides operational and consultative human resources support for multiple Nexstar work locations. The HR Manager partners closely with business leaders and the Human Resources leadership team to execute key HR initiatives across performance management, organizational development, employee and labor relations, succession planning, and policy implementation. This role is well suited for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is skilled at supporting leaders through change. Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Director, the HR Manager will support an employee population of approximately 1,200 union and non-union employees. This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and talented team and to support the business units of Nexstar, a leader in the media industry.
