Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program management. - Experience with consumer electronics (e.g., phones, tablets, watches, etc.). - Experience with any or all phases of a product development from prototype to mass production to end of life. Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience with failure analysis techniques for electrical, mechanical, or optical components. - Experience with customer related product quality/reliability metrics. - Experience with quality tools (e.g., measurement systems, process capability, control charts, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing ISO and audits).
