Assistant Athletics Director for Finance & Business Operations (Administrator I) Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated hiring salary is $80,000 - $87,000 per year and is competitive and negotiable depending on the strength of qualifications. This is a CSU Management Personnel Plan (MPP) position. The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and vacation time, and 15 paid holidays a year. Job Summary: The Assistant or Associate Athletic Director for Finance & Business Operations provides financial leadership and oversight of all financial operations for the Athletics Department, including budget development and management, procurement, compliance, financial reporting, and long-range planning.
