Mission Own and drive the end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for Miro Workshops. You will sell directly, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and turn momentum into revenue. ARR is the north star. What You'll Do: Sell & prove the motion: Run discovery, demos, pilots, and closes with lighthouse accounts; co-sell with AEs/NPIs; create early reference wins. Own GTM plan & execution: Build the launch and growth plan (targets, plays, assets, enablement), run weekly cadences, and unblock cross-functional delivery. Partner with Product: Feed crisp market signals, prioritize GTM-critical gaps, and align roadmap sequencing with revenue impact. Collaborate with Product Marketing: Refine positioning, messaging, and market education (ownership sits with PMM); ensure consistent pitch and proof points. Sales enablement: Ship the demo storyline, objection handling, competitive angles, proof kits, and customer stories; train NPIs/AEs/CSMs. Pipeline engine: Stand up repeatable campaigns and partner motions; instrument lead → win funnel; run win/loss and VOC loops. Metrics & ops: Build dashboards, forecast ARR, and drive weekly "plan vs. actual" with clear corrective actions. What Success Looks...
