Systems Lead / Requirements Management (NG)

Job description

Overview Expleo is seeking an experienced Systems Lead / Requirements Manager to take technical ownership of complex engineering work packages within a defence and naval technology environment . This is a client-facing role , where you will represent Expleo in a professional engineering capacity, operating as a trusted technical partner. The position requires a self-managing, proactive individual who can operate independently while contributing to a broader delivery team. Responsibilities: - Lead the technical direction and delivery of assigned work packages - Act as a client-facing representative of Expleo , building strong working relationships - Own and manage requirements across the full engineering lifecycle - Drive requirements capture, decomposition, traceability and validation using DOORS NG - Support integration, verification, validation (V&V), and qualification activities - Translate early-stage prototypes into fully engineered, deployable solutions - Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to junior engineers and team members - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, integration and test - Work with a high degree of autonomy, managing priori...
