About the Opportunity At Driscoll’s, the Lead Entomology Scientist helps turn scientific discovery into real-world solutions that support growers and delight consumers. Driscoll’s growers produce strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries across the globe. This role leads research programs that address critical challenges in pest management and pollination while supporting our commitment to winning with flavor, building resilient farming systems, and producing more berries with less resources. Based in California’s coastal berry production region, the scientist works with growers and research partners to bring innovative solutions from concept to commercial practice across our global farming systems. This role can be located onsite at one of the following locations: Watsonville, CA, Santa Maria, CA OR Oxnard, CA.
