Schedule Full-Time: 40 Hours/Weekly: General Summary: Fills routine orders for unit doses and prepackaged pharmaceuticals and performs other related duties. Essential Functions: - Assists pharmacists as directed including filling orders and preparing labels. - Assists patient, taking prescription, necessary information, etc. Operates cash register. Delivers medications as needed. - Submits and receives orders from suppliers. - Enters and/or retrieves data from established computer files using knowledge of various computer software applications. - Assists with I.V. preparation and delivery. - Position shares responsibility with other team members for daily delivery of patient medications to a Script Center in Mt. Gretna, PA. (Applies only to staff working at Good Samaritan Pharmacy location only; Department 43514).
