This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with pigs and people, has a strong eye for market-ready hogs, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Objective: Mark hog loads following supervisor direction, averaging 20–25 loads per week across the region. What You’ll Do: - Identify pigs at ideal market weight and execute market strategies - Judge weight and identify top-end animals within a population - Analyze information to make strategic marketing decisions - Assist in developing and executing marketing plans to maximize revenue - Drive consistent execution of marketing strategies - Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members - Provide high-level feedback on marketing opportunities using industry insights - Manage time efficiently while contributing to a positive team culture - Work with pigs and people daily as a goal-oriented team player Qualifications: - High school diploma required (Associate’s degree preferred) - Market-sized pig experience preferred Work En...
