(FTI) is currently seeking a Lead Engineer, R&D Power Electronics to join our Product Engineering team in Menasha, WI. As a Lead Engineer within our R&D organization, you will lead the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge systems and technologies for DER and power distribution applications. Your role will focus on developing a technology roadmap for required systems, characterizing and benchmarking technologies and components, ensuring they meet size, efficiency, performance, cost, and specification requirements.
