Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview): Spry is seeking a Scrum Master to join our contract with a government customer in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will guide Agile teams in applying Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks to deliver high-value solutions. This role involves facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, fostering team collaboration, and supporting continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will work closely with product owners, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful delivery of project objectives. What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities): - Facilitate the development and implementation of Agile processes and ceremonies. - Provide day-to-day Scrum leadership and support for Agile teams. - Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure clear priorities and delivery alignment. - Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Identify, track, and help remove impediments to maintain team momentum. - Monitor and report on team performance, delivery progress, and sprint metri...
